Heartland Public Shooting Park

A Premier Shooting Park

The Heartland Public Shooting Park fills 420 acres of land and is, regionally, one-of-a-kind. It includes six lighted skeet shooting ranges, four lighted trap shooting ranges and a 10-station sporting clay range. The park also offers complete rifle and pistol ranges with 25, 50, 100, 200, 300 and 600-yard distances. A Complete Archery 3D Range is available.

Also available is an activity center complete with a deck and a meeting/class room that can hold up to 60 people. Eight RV pads are available with 50 amp electrical service.

Heartland Public Shooting Park has hosted a number of national events including the Super Retriever Series Trials, the National 4-H Shooting Championships and FMG Publications Industry Shooting Masters. An annual zombie shoot, Zombies in the Heartland, was added in 2012. An Olympic bunker trap range was added in 2018.
