Stuhr's Holiday Preview Returns Sunday

If you're not in the holiday spirit yet, join us at Stuhr for the "Holiday Preview" this Sunday from 1-4 pm. This laid back, fun afternoon is the perfect way to get your season started. During the Holiday Preview visitors can get into the spirit of the season with a first look at the "Fantasy of Trees" exhibit, shop for specials and see what the season has brought to the Prairie Treasures Gift Shop, enjoy holiday cider and treats and watch holiday cartoons with the kids. It all takes place in the newly refurbished Stuhr Building.

Events include:
-A first look at the Fantasy of Trees exhibit in the Stuhr Building, featuring over 60 decorated trees ranging from the lavish to the whimsical.
-Holiday cartoons for kids including "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" playing in the Stuhr Building.
-Specials in the Prairie Treasures Gift Shop which will be decked out for the season.
-Refreshments will be served.

The Holiday Preview is the first of several holiday themed events at the museum this year including the "Fantasy of Trees" exhibit (Nov. 25 - Jan. 3), Christmas Past & Present Member's Night (6-9 pm Dec. 2) and Christmas Past & Present (Dec. 3, 9, 10 & 11). Admission is $6 for adults, $4 for children and free for Stuhr Museum members.

Fantasy of Trees Opens on Friday
The trees are up and ready for the season! The "Fantasy of Trees" exhibit opens on Friday and runs through January 3 and includes over 60 trees in the Stuhr Building.
