We Want Your Photos for "Through The Visitor's Eyes"

Do you have a great image from Stuhr Museum like a photo of weather playing with the trees or an image that really captures the spirit of Railroad Town? Your time to shine is now, as Stuhr presents the fourth annual “Through The Visitor’s Eyes” photo exhibit and contest, running September 19 - November 11. We are now accepting photos for the exhibit.
"Through The Visitor's Eyes" will feature photos taken by our visitors on the museum’s 200 acres and can be of anything from nature photography to wildlife to candid shots and more. Anything is fair game, there is no entry fee and you can submit up to three times. The winning photographs in each of our 12 categories will be printed in the “Through The Visitor’s Eyes Calendar” which will be given to the winners and sold through the Prairie Treasures Gift Shop. The categories this year are:
-Director’s Choice -Adult Black and White or Sepia
-Abstract -Under 18 Color
-Submitted by Staff -Victorian
-Most Creative -Under 18 Black and White or Sepia
-Animals -Adult Color
-Railroad Town -Special Events
Please submit your photo as an 8×10 unframed. Your artwork will be exhibited from September 5 – November 2 after which you may pick up your photograph.
