Linh Quang Lion and Dragon Dance Troupe to perform

Grand Island, Neb.— The Grand Island Public Library and Multicultural Coalition invites citizens to come to a special Hot Cocoa en la Manana program with a special dance group, Linh Quang Lion and Dragon Dance Troupe, coming to Grand Island for the first time.

The program will be held on Saturday, Feb. 28, at the library, 211 N. Washington St., at 11 a.m. The event is free and is great for kids and families, but all ages are welcome.

The theme will be the Chinese New Year and feature stories, activities, and then the Linh Quang Lion and Dragon Dance Troupe from Lincoln will perform and teach the dance to the audience. This is the first time the group has performed in Grand Island. The program will conclude with refreshments.
