American Country Rock singer Brantley Gilberts fires up the house at the 2014 Nebraska State Fair. He appears on Sunday, August 31 at the Heartland Events Center. Tickets are $30 plus gate and fees.
Events and entertainment director, Chelsey Jungck says, “Brantley credits his southern small town roots as the catalyst for helping him cultivate his unique sound. His true life testimony of heartache, trials, triumph and success found a home in country music.”
Gilbert’s hits include, “Bottoms Up”, “Kick It In The Sticks”, “Small Town Throwdown”, “17 Again”, and many more. Gilbert’s taste in music always swayed toward a southern country rock feel while telling his own life’s story through lyrics and song.
Jungck says, “Gilbert’s released two albums, from which he garnered a total of 5 chart entries of which three went to number one. As last year’s winner of the Academy of Country Music New Male Artist, Gilbert has grown in popularity throughout the country with his BG Nation fan club growing with each passing day.”
“Gilbert has just released his third album entitled, “Just As I Am” which marries both his party and gentle sides picking up where “Halfway to Heaven” left off. It’s a true reflection of Gilbert’s personal life, the highs—the lows, it’s all on the album,” Jungck said.
